The community showed well and the pride showed through. The staff was friendly and seemed to know her job. The amenities were in great shape and everyone looked like they were having fun.

From the moment I stepped foot in the leasing office I knew this was a unique place. The staff is professional, caring and attentive. I felt at ease the moment I walked in. The apartments are beautiful! From the hardwood floors to the 9 foot ceilings and everything in between the finishes set these apartments above the rest. The icing on the cake is the community you experience here. Every week holds a new event where residents are given the opportunity to meet their neighbors and establish such a great sense of belonging and community. I have meet new people who are now friends for life. In all the years living in an apartment I never had the opportunity to meet and become friends with so many of my neighbors. I love living here and encourage you to come see for yourself!

Aided by the Liv philosophy and programs living at Liv Avenida would be like being on vacation all year long. The apartment was first rate with trendy features and plenty of space. The amenities were up to date and very well maintained.

The leasing agent was very engaging and emphasized they were a green community and they had activities so the residents could meet other residents. She created a sense of urgency and seemed very proud of the community, rental price, and the apartment.

Even though the apartment community was a little overpriced, the whole experience felt inviting and pleasant. I was expecting to walk into a place where I would be judged by how much money I made; because of the high price range of the apartments. The moment the leasing agent shook my hand, to the time I left, I was amazed at how nicely arranged and how polite everyone was. I actually felt I was part of the community the moment I walked into the lobby. It was almost like I was at a vacation resort when walking through the pool area. I would probably have rented an apartment just for the pool and fitness center alone.

Everywhere you went you had access to the internet and it was more like staying in a hotel than an apartment. The place was very well kept up and I could not imagine why anyone would not want to live there.

The community was the next generation. It had everything you could think of and more.
