I have been living at Sterling Frisco for over a year now and it is a horrible place to live. The staff and the property manager are incompetent and do not care about the residents. In order to get their attention about anything you have to bash them on social media. They never respond to emails or voicemails. They have lost multiple packages of mine as well. The rooms are decent but the walls are so thin and you can hear everything. If you never want to sleep this is the place to live because people are blasting music and partying 24/7. If you love your kids, you will not let them live here.

Do not rent here! There are plenty of apartments around campus to choose from. Many issues with apt from water leaks to washer/dryer not working properly. Office staff are rude and unhelpful! Kimberly Pando (Manager) will never return phone calls and you are always told by staff to email her. I have emailed her numerous times over the past MONTH with no response! When I call the office, again I am told email her! Very frustrating! I do not understand how a business manager can be so unprofessional. Again, rent somewhere else! Save yourself some headaches!

The community was very modern and exciting. The leasing professional provided me with a great tour. I would tell others about this community.

This community had a lot of amenities, but the sense of community was not very strong. It seemed that residents were fairly independent. The prices were on the higher end, but were not ridiculous.

I have lived at Sterling for some time now. We always have issues. Shelving falling out of my wall a number of times. Rude comments and remarks from all of the staff. Place seems to be built cheaper then cheap! But no matter what issue you have you can be sure the staff will be as rude as possible! Dont reant here if you vaule being respected by the people you rent from. And did I say you will go home and find random staff in your place with no reason or notice! THANKS STERLING

I found Sterling Frisco to be very lovely. The artwork throughout the community was impressive. It was like being in a modern museum. I would highly recommend Sterling Frisco to my friends and family.

The people that say they run this place do not take care of things. They treat you like a doormat and then just smile when they know they are out of place. I have never been treated so rude by any business! I hear everyone describe them as rude and disrespectful they make it were we can not even relax at our own house. If they were smart they would fire the blonde at the front desk. I think her name is Melanie... SO RUDE TO EVERYONE. They are going to have to get on damage control ASAP!

The management and experience we had at this complex was horrible. I would not recommend this property to anyone until changes are made with the personnel and the inefficient way in which they handle problems.

The community seemed to be well thought out. It provided all the conveniences a student would need as well as anyone needing to be in that immediate area.

The leasing professional was very polite and efficient; however, the process of receiving parents and students in the leasing office and the set up of the model apartment needs some restructuring. The leasing professional did mention that they would be moving soon to the new apartments, which is a positive move. I am anticipating that appropriate space will be utilized to setup a clear view of an apartment. Also,unauthorized staff should not be permitted to socialize with working staff during working hours.

When asking questions about anything no one has an answer. The only answers they seem to give are extremely rude responses and a "hold on let me ask someone", or " I don't know". Their "doing a favor" for us is simply answering a phone call. They are disorganized and unprofessional; had I known how difficult it would be to simply do their job among other things I would not have even considered living here.

The community was modern, and seemed to be a great value for what I would get. It is a must see!

The model was nicely decorated. I was not able to see the community during my visit to see the amenities in person. I was not offered the rates, but instead had to look them up on the website.

I thought the overall experience was pretty amazing. The people I came into contact with were fantastic. At the end of the presentation I was excited about the property.
