I pay a premium price to live 50 yards from homeless people behind my building and to live at a construction site... Every morning around 7 I hear the loud construction of drilling and other power tools. I know more than 10 people who have gotten their cars towed because Beechwood's incompetence. My friends place flooded because of poor plumbing and they tried to charge him for it and put him and his friend in a 1 bedroom hotel room... This place is poorly managed and poorly built I really could not say enough about my experience here.

I have preleased and just drove by the complex and the building are still under construction. There is not even a real road to drive on to look at complex. Will they really have a place for me? I can't worry about that as focusing on school is main concern. I will be looking for alternate housing as I cant gamble on housing.
