If you never have anything break, everything is perfect when you move in, and never have to deal with any employees, then it's a great apartment. I love the setup and the peacefulness of the location. However, upon moving in FOUR months ago, I was missing blinds on my bedroom windows, screens on my living room windows, and my fridge is off balance. All of this was brought to the attention of the office staff who assured me all would be taken care of immediately. It took almost a month to get blinds on my bedroom windows. Yes, a month. I had a sheet hanging up for privacy. During that month, I spoke to office staff and the apartment manager 8 times. A new manager recently took over and I was excited that now maybe things would get done! After asking yet AGAIN about screens and my bathroom fan broke, maintenance came by to leave a note that screens and fan had to be ordered but would be replaced within a week. Nothing for four weeks so I stopped in to speak with the new manager who promised it would be taken care of the very next day. I come back home from vacation five days later and nothing has been done. Staff here is a joke. Empty promises and unprofessionalism. I have stopped in on a Sunday and waited 35 minutes past opening to see the leasing agent waltzing in with a line of people waiting.
