I feel that when I moved in, there was a more positive community. The neighbors were all amazing and nice. Since around the pandemic, weâve had negative experiences with neighbors being noisy, people smoking weed around the building, people taking stuff from the gym, etc. Weâve even had a situation where a neighbor was verbally aggressive towards my wife to the point where she actually came to the apartment in tears and somewhat angry and scared about the situation. Though the management team tries to be courteous and address what they can, I feel that something about the community has changed. When I evaluate the price point charged for an apartment today vs the experience Iâve been having, I canât wholeheartedly recommend the building to my friends without bringing up these negative factors.
