No one has ever answered the phone at this community and maintenance can take over a month for them to come with a SIMPLE task. My washer is still broken, filter still not changed, shower still not working and different color lighting in the bathroom.

Front office is unresponsive

The hallways always smell weird, other apartments have a luxury hotel smell and cost less in rent. The carpets are always dirty. There are a lot of kids at the pool so it doesn't feel like a luxury apartment space warranting the rent that it charges.

Expensive for little security measures

I used to love living here and in the last 6 months, quality of life has drastically declined. I would not recommend to live here.

It is not safe. The rent is ridiculous. You do not get what you pay for. It’s just not worth it.

There is no sense of community here and the front office does nothing to aid in this.

Staff is professional. Maintenance personnel is outstanding!

Way too expensive, so would not recommend

I'm really surprised that a community of this size isn't more closely monitored by management, and that we don't receive regular communication besides announcements of office hours/closures and food trucks. I have had to call the security vendor numerous times for after hours noise. I live on the lap pool and it's party time on the weekends during the summer with loud, drunk people and music. As well, the apartments themselves are poorly constructed and you can hear neighbors having basic conversations, open and closing doors, drawers, flushing toilets, etc. A very noisy living environment, particularly in my location.

I have never lived in such an amazing apartment complex/neighborhood. My friend actually just moved in after touring because she loved it just as much as I do!

I’m neutral on this because of all the things I listed above. I love living here, but with all those things it can make it hard to recommend this complex given the price.
