Not bad for the price
It's a great neighborhood with very friendly and helpful neighbors. The layout is fairly good, the kitchen is a little small but not bad for a small family starting out.

Good place to live
We've only been here since July 2015, but so far we like the place it is a good starter before getting a house. The neighbors are nice and the place is quiet or the most part. The walls are a little too thin for my liking if someone slams their door shut on the 1st floor I can feel it and I'm on the 3rd floor. I also wish there was a food pantry so we didn't have to use our cabinet space for food. All in all it is a pretty good place.

I enjoyed everything about my visit. The office was friendly and inviting.
Overall I like this complex
I haven't had any problems since moving in. My only grievance is probably that I can hear my neighbors through the bathroom walls and that I have had 3 friends move in to the complex and there is no kick back for referring a friend.

The telephone call made me feel like I was welcomed to the community. The leasing professional made it her business to go out her way to find me an apartment for my time frame. I could feel her smile over the telephone. When I arrived on-site, the leasing professional was very nice and inviting. She was very honest and open, and she seemed to really want to lease to me.

The leasing professional did not enthusiastically promote any advantages of living in this community. She seemed more focused on getting the tour done and over with, and she appeared to be going through the motions rather than promoting the apartment home.

My year went so fast. I would recommend this complex to anyone. Maintenance was quick to respond, office staff was efficient, the ground were well maintained.

The property is very nice.
Its nice and quiet. The layouts are designed a little awkward for furniture placement. There are a lot of big spiders and insects around doors, and windows. Overall not bad.
