It was a nice, quiet community with a friendly staff. The model home was impressive.

The Aquia Terrace apartment community was located in a nice suburban area of Virginia. The apartments were well kept, and there was lots of open parking for residents and their guests.

It was extremely confusing trying to find the leasing office for this community. It was directly across the street from a different unrelated leasing office. Even with the leasing agent's directions, I was still confused. That put me off a little, but I was totally won over by her kindness and genuinely kind demeanor. She seemed like she really liked the community and really believed I would love living there. I really appreciated her taking the time to show me the amenities when she did not have too. It would have made the difference and made me rent there.

The leasing professional was natural and engaging, but typical of any other leasing professional. The property itself was fairly average but reasonably priced. Overall, I would likely recommend this property to family, friends and others.

The leasing agent had good things to say about the management during the tour and said they were the number one in the country, and had a resident portal, online payments available and 24 hour maintenance.
