only because the cleanliness of the outside of building 15. bicycles in the hallway, oil stains on the floor, pet feces on the outside hallways on first floor.

If they kept up with the cleanliness of the entire complex including us in the back I'd most definitely recommend.

I would recommend it because is nice and peaceful place. Neighbors are quite and respectful as well office and maintenance personnel.

Would not because of parking being so horrible for the apartments in the back. The walls here are also thin, so i can always hear whats going on outside. Would because I enjoy the park and splash pad for my kids. My town home is very nice inside and I enjoy the newer cabinets and appliances. Wish all the town homes had wood flooring though.

I don't think you should put in wooden floors on the 2nd level. It just doesn't make any sense to me. And for what you get, the price is too high.

I praised this place when I first move here and recommended to several people but with the people now here that don't care and are a different level of people here I just can't recommend it now

I would recommend it because the value for the money is a lot better than other communities in the area. The shopping nearby is a plus and I love the view of the greenbelt that I have from my balcony.

I like the community and would recommend it to friends. I would like to see some of the things I've spoken about to be addressed (better clubhouse hours and a heated pool) in order to say is absolutely recommend the property

I would if they wanted to live in this area because lucky for this complex, there is little competition or choice for tenants to choose from.

I would bc I feel like it's away from city crime. I feel safe knowing we have law enforcement and military personnel living here. We're in a good location with shopping centers around us.

The living quality, cleanliness, and overall value for your money is not the same. That's the main reason I would not recommend this place to any of my friends, family, or coworkers.

Only to townhomes though, it seems like the back of the apartments are getting ghetto. People don't care if they play music loud, throw trash, pick up after their BIG dogs, which is so gross

You don't get what you are paying for.

It would depend strongly on the needs of family / friends, but yes I would provide a positive recommendation.
