I thought the community was beautiful, but I did not think there was anything that stood out in the interior of the apartment to make me feel like I could call it home. The leasing professional spoke highly of the management company. The elevator was also unique because that is something one does not see everyday in an apartment community.

GREAT STAFF
The staff is great! Whenever I've placed a service request it has been completed in a timely manner. Concerns:(1) The rent is steep, along with the fees that are added monthly to your rent. (2)Stairs and halls need power washing due to spills that were not cleaned and now dirty spots are obvious in all of the apartment buildings. (3) People are smoking out on their patios which is a not allowed but in buildings 15 and 19 I've observed people smoking on their patios. (4) Trees near the apartments have dead and patchy grass. (5) Parking is cumbersome. These apartments are the only nice ones for children to attend Kelly Lane Middle school and Hendrickson High schoo. So had better make sure you can afford to live here or you'll struggle paying your rent.

The would recommend because it is a nice environment, the amenities are good, and it is well maintained. I would not because these apartments and townhomes are really pricey and expensive; whereby it is more expensive than owning a home.
Thank you! We do have many amenities and offer 24 hour maintenance that you can't always get when renting or owning a home!

Parking space to start with not enough.
Thank you for taking the time to review Stone Hill. We appreciate your feedback so we may improve and serve our residents better. We recognize the parking can be congested, especially at certain times of the day. We are continually brainstorming and working toward a solution. We do have several carports that are available to rent; please contact the leasing office if you are interested in reserved parking.

cheaply made complex. The complex provides an appearance of expensive and upper standards of living but it is poorly constructed throughout and cheaply run.

I have had two friends move in but only one gave my name. I would just because of the office personnel , the layout of the town homes, counter tops and cabinets, space in the closet , I LOVE IT

I love the living space but the parking is a challenge. I also regularly hear my upstairs neighbors.

great apartment but air conditioning is too loud, don't like how you can't use bathroom without turning on the loud (REALLY loud) vent.

The property is great but I wouldn't really recommend this apartment to anyone because of how high the prices are for the apartments and townhomes. I have friends who have shared info about apartments that are the same size floorplan and almost just as nice and much less than what is being asked for right now.
