Great place, well managed and staff kind and professional.

Great Place to Live

This property is a great place to live. The staff is very courteous and friendly. Maintenance is prompt to fix issues and the grounds are well kept. The apartments are very nice looking and the community is a safe place to live. My only negative would be that the wall and floors seem to be thin because sometimes I could hear my neighbor below or next to me talking on the phone, but I guess all apartments are like that. Overall, I would highly rate it as a great place to live.

Overall very nice.

Nice place to live but don t have a balance on your account or you ll get locked out in two weeks.

Excellent Property and Living

Quiet, Pleasant, Peaceful, Scenic, Accomodating

Via Las Colinas is a beautiful place to call home!

It s comfortable and quiet--feels like our own home. We love the convenience of the area and enjoy all the special amenities at Via Las Colinas.

We have called Lincoln home for 4 years

We have lived here for 4 years in two different units and our experience has been great. We have made many new friends. Any problems we have had in our units have been fixed promptly.

Great Property for families, poor for young crowd

can hear neighbors, walls far far too thin!!!

Great Place to live

great place to live, we live in phase 2 and have like it so far. only a few minor items we have had issues with. the dog park this winter was constantly a mud pit since the irrigation ran everyday of the week in the mornings and the city of Irving/ DCURD has watering restrictions for 2x s per week (what a waste).

but other than that, the residence are friendly and it remotely quite in the neighborhood.

the property is beautiful, I enjoyed living here.

Beautiful property, quiet, and friendly service.

Not ok so far.

There is still a lot of work to be done inside and outside the apartment.

Love it

Please just finish the tiny bit of landscaping in front of our building, still just bare dirt on 2-3 of the concrete beds by the garages.

Thanks.

I have really enjoyed living in the 2nd phase.

Clean, quiet, well kept

very nice apartment and pool area. very limited parking

Living here is nice so far. The pool area is nice and it has a nice small gym. The parking is extremely limited so if you can afford it, definitely get a garage.

Cool place to live but some things just don't make sense.

This place is just okay. Mainly because of just things I feel the facility does that don't really make any sense. There are no trash cans by the pool or the mail area. Even though there is a hole in the mail area where one should go. Annoying I have to take all trash back to my apartment since I prefer not to liter. It is pretty quiet unless your by the pool you will hear some noise. That is expected when I moved in though. Maintenance requests online can be rather slow. I think they manually put them in another system so it can take a few days. It is a lot quicker to contact the office directly I find. Payment system doesn't have a way to pre-pay your rent online. Balance just reflects on the first of the month. Parking is okay. It can be crowded in some areas. I have dealt with much worse parking before. The build outs in the apartments are nice. Quality is a little above average for its class. They keep replacing the same speed bumps that break over and over instead of just putting the concrete ones like they have in Phase 2. Also, they could use some road signs for the roundabout for traffic control as people either don't know what they are supposed to do or just don't follow roundabout traffic rules. So far, I am okay with the decision of living here. I think it should be an option for anyone. Just wish things they did made more sense or things they don't do per say.

I amplease with the community. I am not pleased with the trash situation. Need door step wastemanagement.

I would tell them it is a safe and peaceful community to live.
