I have loved living at Via Las Colinas Our apartment was new and beautiful. I felt safe within the complex and do not have any complaints about my experience here. I am sad to leave, as few surrounding apartments offer the quality and value of Via Las Colinas.

It's a well-kept property that offers great parking, beautiful landscaping, and immediate contact to personnel to resolve issues ie. maintenance requests and trash .

I really like living here. Not only do I like my apartment but I love the green space and being able to walk along the water. And, when I walk my dog at night, I feel very safe.

The location is great. Two minutes from SH 114 and, from there, easy access to all the major highways and DFW Airport and Love Field. Additionally, there is a DART light rail station across the street.

Highly recommended and this is the best community I have ever lived. I'm loving my stay here at Via Las Colinas. Lincoln property is doing a great job

It is a great place to live. The area is nice and well kept. The view of the lake is beautiful and serene. My apartment appeared brand new when I was handed the keys and I have not had any issues with the appliances or utilities. Everyone in the front office is very friendly and helpful. The only thing I have as a con is, the walls seem very thin because it is very easy to hear the neighbors not that my neighbors are loud, most of the time it is very quiet and I have no complaints. Overall, I am happy to live here and would recommend this place to anyone.

I love living here. The staff is friendly and the ground are well kept. My dogs love playing at the dog parks and chasing the ducks into the canals. It's really beautiful. I have been here for 6 months now and my only complaint is the lack of parking. This is especially a problem if you are coming home after 9p and even more so if it is a Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday night.

The apartment itself is roomy and the finishes are fantastic. The grounds are always nice and neat and the trash pick up service is a great convenience. However, finding parking can often be a difficult task. Overall, I love the decision I made when I chose Via Las Colinas.

I enjoy living at Via Las Colinas. The staff is nice and friendly and the grounds are kept up with a professional appearance.

My only complaint is the noise. I can hear the neighbors walking, opening and closing cabinets and talking. The quality of the construction is poor for an upscale complex.
