crazy to live anywhere else 5 star complex
Great place to call Home
It has been about 4 months of living at Via Las Colinas and have had a great experience since my first visit to the Leasing office. The staff is very courteous and professional. I'm happy to be living at Via and calling it as my home.
Fabulously Flawed
Via Las Colinas is a beautiful well controlled pet friendly community that offers a variety of services and social functions to cater to the diverse needs of a diverse community. Just like any residential location it has its flaws that can be annoying. For me its the excessive spider webs and hornets nest on every floor entry in my building access points and that parking use should be managed better. But no location is perfect. So if these minor annoyances are all I have to endure for the exceptional quality of life I experience then I truly have not complaints.

Great apartment complex and staff, only problem is that there is multiple of the same apartment numbers, which leads to frequent address problems and discrepancies.

Lincoln Las Colinas has very well-kept grounds, friendly people, and fine amenities. Canal view and river walk are nice added bonus.

My boyfriend and I have lived at the Via Las Colinas Apartments for a year now and are resigning for another year. We love the layout of our place and the location by the water it so nice.
