The community was very nice and clean. The actual apartment I saw was very nicely put together. The finishes were up to date and the cabinets and appliances made it very trendy with the color.

Marquis on Eldridge Parkway is a beautiful community owned and managed by CWS Apartments. We put special emphasis on customer service. We really appreciate the support of our residents.

I would highly recommend this community to others. I would love to live there. The leasing professional made the tour very easy and informative. He was nice to talk to and the conversation was his way of learning about me and what I needed. The community was awesome. I loved that pool area.

over priced and horrible parking
We work really hard to keep our pricing in line with our area competition. Parking in certain areas is limited due to our high occupancy but reserved parking is available in carports and garages.
