Beautiful community with lots of amenities. The staff was extremely organized, friendly, and passionate about the property. I would definitely move there.

Too expensive
Inquired to why my water bill doubled one month (after not doing anything different) and said they would send someone out. I had to call back a week later because I never heard anything and it was never ordered.

The present construction noise is an annoyance

The quality of residents has been on the decline, as of recently. Due, to that, I would not recommend this community as highly, compared to 3 years ago.

Seems profit is primary goal over safety and security

As a consumer the entire waiting and room full of people waiting would turn me off. I would feel as though this property is too busy to assist me if I needed them.

I would definitely recommend living here. It is a beautiful property and satisfies all my needs. I am proud to have visitors see my place.

I generally like the community, however there has been some crime in recent years. I like that management has been trying to address the situation.

My experience at this complex was more than exceptional. Time was taken to develop an understanding of the basic information needed to lease the apartment. But more time was spent on showcasing the complex with all of its amenities and special features. I would have no hesitation to recommend this complex to anyone who was looking for a place to reside. It is an exceptional community that would be worthy of anyone's presence.

The complex is very comfortable and a great place to live. The only reason I would not recommend it that I think it is no longer a good value rent wise. I think corporate is pricing the complex out of the realm of being a good value. Too expensive for the space now.

The property itself is spacious, clean, and well maintained. The pride in the detail really shined through and managed to woo me.

When I initially moved in, I had an AWFUL experience and was ready to move IMMEDIATELY! I had a pest control problem. After attempts to fix the problem, it was resolved by moving me to another unit in another building. Since then, I have been HAPPY and encouraging friends that are looking, to come to Marquis at Eldridge. It is a very nice and quiet community (excluding my neighbors below, but they're getting better). :-)

The staff is great, maintenance and upkeep is consistent, good location, but walls a little too thin, too many children running in the parking lot, community geared more towards families rather than young professionals.

I WOULD because this is a nice place to live. I feel safe and comfortable. But I would not recommend this community because of the price.

Overall it is a nice place to live, aside from the issues mentioned above.
