the new owners and management give a positive and favorable attitude toward the tenants. Hopefully , they will solicit recommendations that will be beneficial to all concerned.

Right now ,no. But looking forward to see what new management is bringing to the table , send this out 4 or 5 months from now and I will gladly revisit it.

The noise between floors. I cannot imagine how the woman above me can walk around an apartment the size of mine as much as she does and she is an extremely heavy stomper. I understand that not everyone is like this though.

It's great, but the noise between apartments is hard when you have to be up early and there is no sleeping in on wkds with noisy neighbors.
