I loved the location of this community. It was close to the Galleria, restaurants and shopping. It was quaint and felt home like to me. The leasing professional was informative and focused on my needs. I would tell others about this community.

It's overpriced for the current value offering (please see my answers to question #3).

The apartment was beautiful. The layout and convenience offered was outstanding. Residents could truly feel like they were constantly in a hotel because of the amenities the property had to offer. I could definitely understand why some residents have been there for a while and did not want to leave.

The leasing professional was very friendly and took the led. She was very eager to meet and exceed my needs. She was very personable and easygoing at the same time maintaining the utmost professionalism.

I found this to be a beautiful upscale community. I would recommend it to family and friends if they desired a home of this caliber.

WOULD: Staff is genrally very thoughtful and friendly AND accomodating and tries to do their best from everything I have seen.
WOULD: Nice atmosphere to the overall bulding and layout and just the right size - not too big.
WOULD: Very attractive location.
WOULD NOT: We have concern of what we perceive to be an increasing number of newer residents that seem very aggressive, self-centered and inconsiderate of others living around them. I perceive the property has a growing dichotomy: As the management makes significnalt investments in facilities and engages in needed upgrades, i.e. improved quality, the type of residents to whom it now rents seems to be of a "lower" character. It is hard to pinpoint exactly but I have lived at properties where management does some significant interviewing of potential renters to get a better feel for how they will fit into the community. It is not an easy balance to find but it sets the really special properties apart from the many others.

This property is an excellent value. It is in a nice area and is completely updated, but the price is still very affordable. I think my favorite feature was the hardwood flooring in the bedroom. The staff is friendly and helpful too. This is a place that I would recommend to friends and family.

If you have a small dog, make sure you watch the gates before you let them do their business. the back gate is typically open and it leads to the busy street.

I would lease from this leasing professional and would like living in this community.

It was explained to me that the property had just been taken over recently and was in the middle of renavotions. There were many many renovations that needed to be done. The only thing that I found to be nice looking and updated enough to be called comparable to the area was the clubroom. The fitness center looked like it had new equiptment but the fitness center is one of the smallest that I have seen thus far at a property.

The value is not consistent with its location and storage is not sufficient.

I do agree the noise between the apartments can be annoying but it never happens overnight. I really enjoy the amenities and how fast maintenance responds to any problems. Also the prices are convenient compared to other apartments in the area. Finally, the area is extraordinary with plenty of eating, shopping, and entertainment options within minutes.

Over the years the apartment community and amenities have declined. However, I do see an initiative to begin upgrading features again. This is very exciting!
