Based upon the amenities offered as well as the convenience, I think that it really had the WOW factor there. I loved the curb appeal, even though the parking was a tad bit confusing. I would give the leasing professional an A+ for his ability to create rapport and really used the assumptive sales approach. He definitely made me comfortable and really went above and beyond the normal duties of the average leasing agent.

Cleanliness and general upkeep. It is giving the appearance of a "partyin" crowd and that's not welcome.

This community pretty much sells itself. It was in a great location and had wonderful perks for the residents. The leasing professional was friendly and pleasant and did well during her presentation.

The place needs better security. The service elevator people meet at and go around the concierge. More visible cameras.

Extremely high deposit and confusion/charges for amenities would disuade most people I know.

There is a really loud snapping noise at our dining room wall/window that is almost continuous. This noise is loud enough that it makes it difficult to sleep. We were told this was likely the building settling and would happen for 5 years.

nothing to truly dislike yet other than the other residents and their actions. thought by moving to a higher end rent location the other residents would improve.

Missing amenities like valet and carts available
