The building maintenance has been a challenge. My front doors a large gap which I have submitted several service requests for has never been addressed. The apartment is constantly dusty which I believe comes from the AC system as I can smell other peoples cooking odor through the ac system. too many times on my floor and others people smoke cigarettes as well as marihuana. There are a lot of people who live here who don't care leaving their trash behind, spill things, stain carpet and so on. There are abandend cars sitting in the parking garage and no one seems to care.

This was a high rise community just minutes from major highway systems and plenty of retail shopping and dining. There were spacious apartments with luxury features like granite countertops and bamboo wood flooring and an entire floor dedicated to amenities. It was pricey but value added with concierge and convenient location.

As my first high rise ever I was excited just to check it out. I had to refrain from the emotions because I think it would have given me away as a shopper. The bottom floor to me was set up as an office area but once we started to tour it was different. It was a community for one to enjoy leisure but be serious about their business from the conference rooms to the theater and pool.

Parking garage is often filled up on weekends with non residents. Some way to monitor it like other communities have would be nice. Like parking sticks or decals.

I really enjoyed the community and the leasing agent. If I were in the market for a new apartment home, this one would be at the very top of my list. The interactions with the staff was professional, yet personable. The building and amenities were all impressive as well.
