I would recommend it as a nice area for a reasonable price.

This would be a nice place to call home. They had a friendly staff that seems willing and eager to help you with whatever you need.

I have recommended Parkside. However...in the last few months I feel like maintenance has been let fall. There are lights out in the hall by the parking garage on the 2nd floor and have been for 3 weeks. The floors in the halls are dirty. The walls in the hallways are dirty. Does not make a good impression. I pay a lot of money for a "luxury" apartment. I think the maintenance needs to step up. The security gate in the garage is damaged. If I come home late, I have to park on another floor. Some of the residents are not very good about cleaning up after themselves or their animals. I see beer cans just left on the ground in the courtyards. I love my apartment though. I do feel pretty secure. And I would recommend Parkside.

A nice location, convenient to shopping and restaurants. It's great for people with an active lifestyle. The staff is friendly and helpful.

This community would be an excellent choice for those who enjoy modern living, surrounded by retail stores, restaurants, and the mall.

The community was nice. The amenities were nice. I wouldn't recommend the property to many people because I believe that it's over priced for what the community offers.

These apartments were above all others. A very enjoyable place to be. There were lots of great conveniences all within walking distance.

It was was a little pricy, but very nice. I loved that it was in a town square like shopping atmosphere. The leasing professional was quite cleaver and her skills would make anyone comfortable with the location. She was quite accommodating to my needs.

The community is part of a huge retail complex and is definitely worth a consideration. The outside of the building was neat and tidy, and the inside walkways and amenities areas match that as well. The leasing professionals I spoke to on the telephone and who assisted me during my visit were both courteous and professional.

The leasing personnel was helpful and friendly. They were happy to assist. The community was in an excellent location. It had easy highway access. It was next to Firewheel shopping mall. The community was noticeably clean and well maintained with nice amenities. The apartment was a nice value.

The leasing professional was warm and friendly. She presented a genuine desire to help fill my needs and for me to become a resident. I enjoyed our interaction and conversation as we toured the community.

Tiffany bonded with me and found out where I was from. She told me she grew up in Garland and was soon to be moving here. She also told me she used to work at the Shops at Legacy Apartments. She mentioned the mall being close and pointed out the children's playground while we were outside. She spoke highly of the Garland area.

I enjoyed my time with the leasing professional. She genuinely cared for her customers and wanted to give them the best. This was a unique apartment community, especially for the area it was in.

The presentation by the Leasing Professional was great. She portrayed a very positive image of the company and the community itself.

The community is nice. It has everything most people look in for a home, like a large fitness center, pool, garage parking, elevator and controlled access.
