The community was very nice and had some great amenities.

I thought the community was in a great location. Even though there were not very many amenities, the location and pricing more than made up for it.

The agent was so gracious and she asked a lot of probing questions, so she could find just the right apartment for me. The property was very nice. The apartment was quite average, but the location was great. I felt that for the rent you got more in other properties in the Dallas area.

Overall, I really was not that impressed with the apartment features. The carpet appeared to be cheap, as did the vinyl flooring. The rent was reasonable for the area, but it was just a decent apartment community. The garage was a good feature.

The community was exceptional with great amenities. The staff were very friendly.

This community seemed friendly, in excellent repair, close to the highway, very convenient and pet friendly. It appears there is a good community spirit there. The staff was professional and appears to be efficient.

This community would be a great place to call home. It is conveniently located inside a mall, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The leasing professional was a great guide, showing me the apartment and giving me restaurant tips as well!

I ve lived here a few years and love these apts.  The location and the lifestyle are perfect for me  !!!!

The one bedroom study had a beautiful layout with a very large dining area.

This is a great spot to check out. There is everything you need within walking distance, it is a secure area with 24/7 security, security gates into the actual community, and a multi-level parking garage. There is also a unique and modern style swimming pool with a fountain and a community grill that looked to be propane.

The tour was great and so was the leasing agent. The location was cool and I liked the mall next door.

Its easy living. You have a few things maybe you would like to make better like the noise with dogs running and barking on my ceiling, I realize I cant have it all,

The community is the place to be for those who expect exquisite craftsman combined with great views. Interiors are in a rich design accented with remarkable woodwork and attention to detail. It is an extraordinary community that is ideally located at Firewheel Mall with an easy access to their many unique shops, fine dining, banks and entertainment venues. The prices are affordable, and the lifestyle is carefree and offers comfort in a beautiful setting. My experience as a customer based on that interaction was made complete.

Generally it is a good place to live, however, if you enjoy working out and clean windows then you might want to look somewhere else. I have lived here 5 years and the outside windows have never been washed. The workout room is hit and miss because most of the equipment needs replacing.

The community offered fitness classes for free and a free fitness trainer one day per week. The Mall was great, and the amenities were great. The grilling areas were nice. There was not much of a balcony. The leasing professional was considerate to ask me if I were afraid of heights before we went out there.
