We love having people over here and are always proud to show them around and talk about what a great experience this is.

Quality of the apartments, attractiveness of the property and care provided by the landscape staff. Little things like free lattes, planned weekly activities, newsletter, etc. Friendly and helpful staff. Some of the reasons we have recommended UES to friends and family.

Due to the multiple maintenance issues we've had with our apartment, I would be hesitant to recommend this community to family and friends.

I would not recommend this complex unless my friend/family was getting a 1 bedroom with an attached garage (because of the parking issue).

Great community- love the events, coffee and gym. Parking needs work- no covered parking either

I moved into this complex for several reasons: 1. safety, 2. dog friendly, 3. cleanliness. I feel less "safe" here than I did when I initially moved in. (Also, there are no chains or other safety device on the outside doors so that a resident can open the door without having someone barge in...this is especially a concern due to the lack of a gated community). 2. This complex is somewhat dog friendly, you can have your dog here. There are several plants on property that are not safe for the animals. Unfortunately, one of the things I liked about this place was that I was told that the management made sure to enforce the "clean up after your dog". Unfortunately, there is a lot of poop around the complex.

As I have said on previous surveys, there is a genuine effort here to foster actual community among the residents. The amenities are superior to any apartment I have previously lived in, yet the price is lower!

Management makes false promises sometimes just to sell you and be done with you. I want to see more honesty.

The properties are both gorgeous and managed by a very wonderful management company. The leasing professional gave a very good presentation.

The property was amazing. The staff was very genuine and helpful.

This is a newer apartment community with all the amenities. The customer service was warm and welcoming.

I've read a lot of great feedback from other posts and could not agree more. I actually work in the apartment industry and can say from both first hand experience as a resident at UES and industry experience as a manger, UES truly cares about relationship and community building. It is hard for most communities to achieve this because they are usually to focused on maintenance or management issues. Not Upper East Side. Although some of the leasing staff can misrepresent a few small details from time to time, it is nothing that management can't clear up quickly.

I'll keep this short and sweet. I want send a huge thank you to the café and concierge staff at UES, as well as the manager, Jamie. if there's anything in this world I appreciate, its a sense of community, responsive management, and a good bagel. I really like bagels! :)

The apartments are beautiful and well appointed. There is great diversity here: young, old, families, couples, singles, different backgrounds. There are many activities to choose from but you can always enjoy your privacy too. The cafe and clubhouse are great and the staff is friendly and attentive but not stuffy. I believe will live here until we purchase a home.
