The leasing professional for this property was very engaging and sincere in making sure all of my home rental needs would be met.

It greatly depends on what people value and what is important to them. I would _not_ recommend this community to any acquaintances that consider themselves minimalists. In addition to the upscale new units, the community boasts many great features and amenities, and the price reflects that. I would recommend this community to those that want to enjoy the common elements and amenities often found in planned developments (Condominiums/HOAs) but also want to enjoy the convenience and advantages of apartment living over home-ownership. At the end of the day, the community is very diverse offers something for all walks of life.

The community is easily visible from the busy road it is situated on. It is near area amenities and also has an on-site cafe and two story gym. The common areas are exceptionally clean and tidy and the buildings are all bright and clean with no signs of faded or peeling paint. The apartment is very clean and well laid out.

I would recommend it because for the most part, UES has an incredible staff that I personally care a lot about and have become friends with and want to brag on them.

I'm constantly telling others how great this apt is. I love the layout of my apt. I would recommend bc I think it's a great value. I like how diverse the age ranges are too. My husband and I are working professionals so I appreciate that it is quiet but I also like how many kids live here. I feel like I love this apt so much I'm going to stay even once I have babies.

I had a great experience touring the property. It was well maintained, neat, clean, and updated with great features and amenities. I liked the pool area, fitness room, garden, and the cafe. The apartment was spacious, with a great large bathroom tub and plenty of storage space throughout the apartment. The leasing professional was polite, professional, engaging, and made sure all my questions were answered and that I knew all that I could about potentially becoming a resident.

It's quiet and safe with great amenities.

What makes this place special is the sense of community. The cafe with all of its activities has really allowed for neighbors to become more than just neighbors. It's not just the cafe itself but the workers within the ues that probably make the difference.

It's a safe, well maintained and convenient location. The residents are diverse by any measure.

I was impressed with the resort style architecture and the overall size of the community. The staff were professional and accommodating. Based on everything I witnessed, I would be happy living at this community.

Overall safe place to live

I wouldn't recommend this place at all, to anyone. Actually, I will do the opposite. Too noisy, especially if have indifferent and inconsiderate neighbors. Not enough parking. Worst of all a management with ZERO integrity.

Community events are a huge plus for everyone. Keep up the great work.

Overall I was very pleased with the presentation. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I could tell she genuinely wanted to help me find the apartment that I was looking for. The community itself was very clean and I could tell the people living there had a pride to live there.

I feel safe living here. The amenities are great.
