I liked the community. It is located in a very nice area and had a lot of good amenities. I think it might need to be a little updated but I believe people will pay the amount of rent that is asked for because of where the apartment community is located.

This property is older, but it appeared to be well maintained. The apartment I saw was clean and in good shape.

The apartments staff member that helped me gave an excellent greeting and excellent service. She gave an excellent overview of the requirements to qualify for an apartment at their location. I would rent from their company and refer other people to the location.

The apartment complex is very well kept. I was very impressed at how maintenance came by in the first three weeks to take care of everything that I noted was wrong with the apartment. We've seen a very minimal bugs in our apartment, but that might just be how things are in Texas. The park is also in a really great location for shopping, most stores are in a quick 5 minute walk from my apartment. Also the staff has been very polite getting to know us.

The Park property is nestled in the backside of The Village community in North Dallas. It is a nice, cozy, comfortable and well kept property. A little long in the tooth, this property still stacks up better against some of the other older properties in The Village. Although the crime rate just a short distance from The Village is very high, The Village does an excellent job securing the community with security in cars, on foot, on horse back, and even on segways. We feel very comfortable walking or jogging at any hour within The Village. The insulation of the apartment is very poor (as you would expect in an older apartment); you can hear your neighbors all around you and in order not to provoke a noise complaint from one of your neighbors you must always be aware to be a quiet as possible, making it impossible to have a small party or gathering at your apartment. All of this said, The Park is and has been sufficient for our temporary living arrangements.

This place is pretty good. They have events. The units are comfortable. The maintenance staff is prompt. It feels safe. The location is very convenient.

I am not sure I like the no pets for this property and the agent and property were just so-so. I really only saw one amenity, the pool.

The apartment community was very nice and well kept. I know I would love living in a community that cared so much about their property.

This is a very nice place to live, specially if you have kids. We have enjoyed so much been here. There are not noisy neighbors, the place is so nice. It is close to the market, the bus passes at the main entrance, the train station is close!!!

I really like the neighborhood and ammentities offered by The Village, but my complex has extremely thin walls. I can hear almost everything my neighbors are doing. In each one of my rooms I can hear what the closest neighbor is doing.

I would recommend this community for its great customer service.

I was happy with the tour and the prices for the apartment. I thought the community had a lot to offer.

Location is great.. Grounds are well kept and clean. Feel safe in this environment. Apartments are dated and no initiation from the staff to update apartment as those without tennants have been updated.

The leasing professional for this property is polite and makes it her goal to satisfy residents.

We love it here. We love our cute, clean, spacious apartment. We feel safe. We love our neighbors and the people in the office. There are lots of great amenities and activities.
