It's a very peaceful and safe environment, centrally located to mall, post ofc., Target, Tom Thom

The leasing agent was very engaging and informative. She gave very good storage ideas and was knowledgeable about everything in the community and the neighborhood.

I ve lived at the Park since 1994. First on unit 2214. Great unit, location, pleasant, quiet, lots of fresh air as long as it s not too cold or too hot. Very little wear and tear. Then my current unit since 1997. Good size unit, a bit more wear than 2214 but still in great shape. It is well tucked in and in the summers the AC does not need to run too much. Winter time, heater has to run a bit more as it is a first floor unit. Cost of Electricity is great. Unit consumes little electricity and this is a commercial rate electricity property.

I ve seen my fair share of people come and go but for me location is a must. Lincoln Properties are good at keeping their properties. Almost everything is quite convenient and easy access. Neighborhood has changed as expected but still a great place to be in. Until the late 90 s the Village The Place to Live if you were were single. Then, people moved to Uptown because that was were you could live and have a night life. I chose to stay here as I have to travel a lot. I could have bought a small house or high rise condo but I had the issue of who will keep an eye while I m on the road for an extended period of time.

Park Staff have been great to me. While I ve been traveling for quite extended periods of time all I had to do was to call them and, tell them that I was on the road for quite some time. Then, I asked them if they could remove flyers from the door clip, tuck it on top of the couch or the counter. During the winter time, I called them and told them that I was on the road and if they could send someone to turn my heater on, so pipes don t freeze.

Keep up with the property, maintain a certain level of resident etiquette and you will have an extended living tenant.

We have had an amazing time so far, very happy with management and landscaping. They really do a great job making the environment comfortable. Every maintenance request we have put it has been completed that day, even on the weekends. Couldnt ask for anything more.

I thought the property was run by friendly and warm staff. The environment was nice, and the lobby was sparkling clean. The associates were very knowledgeable on the history of the property and it seemed as though they really cared about me.

The office staff is great! That's number one on my list. The apt's are ready upon move-in and it's relatively quiet. It's not brand spankin' new, but it is comfortable and there are enough upgrades and amenities to be satisfied completely. I feel safe which is huge considering this property is not completely gated.

The location is great and the community is friendly and mostly quiet.

The community is a good place to call home. They are centrally located with easy access to everything Dallas has to offer. You become a part of a family that provides many activities and discounted perks being a member of this community. The apartments offer modern features, decorative designs and space. My impression of the staff is positive. They are dedicated employees who offer exceptional customer service. They are friendly and eager to help.

The telephone call and the site visit went well. Both consultants did a great job of identifying my needs and presenting the apartment community. It was a very pleasurable visit.

The leasing professional was very talented. I liked the community and the choice of amenities available to residents.

The community is a very well kept apartment complex. The renovations really gave the property a new lease on life. The leasing agent was eager to please.
