The leasing consultant was very easy to talk to. The property basically sold itself, but the unit set up was great. The only concern is the growth in the area. My preference is a very quiet environment.

Quiet, convenient and affordable for the area.

The staff was very warm, friendly, and insightful. The property was simply amazing. The grounds were well maintained and very clean. I did not see one piece of trash anywhere. The upgrades they were making inside the apartments would have me thinking I would be they first person living in that apartment. The amenities were just awesome. I loved the swimming pool area and the fitness center was one of the best I had seen.

The inviting welcome was exceptional. I was impressed with the attention to detail and the great attitudes I encountered. The amount of detail that I got on the entire community was awesome! Nothing was left to question. It was a great experience, with friendly people that enjoy what they do.

The community was reasonably priced. Also, it was pleasantly quiet, and overall clean. The location was excellent.

The property and apartment were amazing. It was a small community, but it felt like I was finally home. Located in the city and close to the major highways and things to do, I would recommend this property to anyone wanting a cozy, beautiful place to live.

Pay the extra few bucks and live somewhere nicer with better management...

Based on the staff and the appearance of the community, it is a great place to live. However, the lack of spaces for friends and family to park is a bit frustrating. I am a social bug and I want my friends to come visit me and not worry about getting towed. However, if that is not an issue, it is a great, intimate apartment community, and the apartment I was shown was lovely.

It s ok... apart from parking situation

The service I received at this community was exceptional.

This was a lovely upscale small community in the heart of Dallas. It was very quiet, yet near to major highways and the areas of Downtown Dallas as well as Uptown. The apartments were beautifully updated, and the amenities that were present and planned for the future were above average.

The agent I met with was excellent. They were very professional, and very knowledgeable and helpful.

If I had to base my recommendations and referrals solely on the agent's presentation, I would lease here and I would refer others. The property is being upgraded and the landscaping is nice. The floor plans are easily workable. There were some loud booming car stereos driving by. I think I would prefer something with more visible security if I were to live in the area. The look and feel of the property and its decor were very pleasing though.

The community was getting a full face lift all over. The landscaping was nice and well kept. The entire property was clean everywhere I looked. Even being close to the highway, I was unable to hear highway noises. With all the new changes that were happening, I know the apartment community would be even better looking than it was during my visit.
