The apartments were clean neat and appealing. The location is great. The area was near a growing area with lots of construction going on and it maintained charm and curb appeal.

This is a nice community. The upgrades to the apartments look very nice. It is an older community, but they have done a lot of renovations to make it modern looking. Good price for the area.
Good property with some minor annoyances
Good location, nice floor plans, property and buildings. This was a great alternative to more expensive Uptown, etc. apartments a few years ago, but their rent is hiking up despite the rapidly increasing supply of new apartments around town. Parking is probably the biggest deficiency, as is the mandatory inconsistent valet trash which hikes up your rent 25 a month. Staff is great though, very responsive. Overall, I really enjoy living here.

It's a great place to live and I love it
Staff is excellent and always ready to help with anything. The apartment itself is a wonderful property and great location. It's close to everything, not disturbed by the highway. It's a quiet location, compared to most apartments I've seen in Dallas. Trying to find a parking spot is challenging and frustrating at times.

I would tell them that I love the area, however I have not been extremely impressed with Management when I have had to deal with them.
Comfortable and great location
Living here is like getting the best of Dallas. This area is right in the middle or close by downtown, uptown, west village, greenville, Henderson and etc.

Love the area, price point and feel about the property. Have enjoyed living here and will be continuing to do so for the foreseeable future.
