I would like to point out that the cleaning lady does a GREAT job when she cleans in the mornings :) - wish she would come more often like on the weekend or something...

My recommendation of this complex comes only from the proximity to my workplace (3 blocks away). If another complex were equidistant, I can't say I am entirely sure I would recommend this complex.

I was very impressed with the leasing professional. She was very engaging and full of energy. The amenities were very nice.

Neighborhood, "fake" finishes (laminate instead of granite and wood floors)

Could have greater safety measures/more updated decor, but otherwise very pleased.

The monthly rent seems high relative to other equally appealing options, and rate changes don't seem consistent, particularly for established residents versus new residents. The surrounding area is rather limited in terms of shopping and social activities.

The location is great and most of the staff are wonderful, but the building itself is terrible. I constantly hear everyone around me because the walls are paper thin and the floors to ceilings are just wood with no insulation what-so-ever.

Also, I can hear water drain loudly down the pipes in my wall every time any of my neighbors flush their toilet or take a shower.

Find a better built building and steer clear of this one.

I really liked the community and the location. I thought the apartment was large for the money.

Don't want to live near family or friends. No reflection on residence

Though I realize it is dificult to monitor each and every tenant the property would be a much better place to live if we didn't have to step over/around animal urine and feces in the hallways, stairwells and parking garage.

This is an incredible community. It is upscale, up to date, very clean, and very well kept up. So much of what I saw looked new or extremely well kept up. It was beautiful and at the same time kind of funky and eclectic. It was comfortable and clean. The layout and the upkeep of the apartment was exceptional. The fitness center, pool area, and clubroom were unable to be topped, in my opinion. You really get a lot for your money at this community. It felt very safe and was in a fun, popular part of town. It was a wonderful experience and I would love to live there in all honesty.

It will depend I had horrible experiances with the previous owners and staff so I hope the new staff is better. It is not off to a good start though with them not offering 15 month leases which were previously offered and raising rent so much with no warning whatsoever

The staff were professional and friendly. The community had everything that I could need for comfortable living.
