The community was a very nice and modern apartment community tucked in the corner of downtown. The leasing office was very modern and sleek. The leasing staff were pleasant and helpful. The amenities offered were very nice, including the pool and the workout area.

I think that for the apartments u can find something else! U can go to Jefferson its going to be cheaper like two bed one! I hate Marquis it's apartments cost to

We are so sorry that you feel that way. Our apartments are a higher rent than at other properties due the square footage that we offer being larger than other apartments. We also offer the highest level of customer service and guarantee that customer service with our "No Fault Guarantee" program which allows you to move in and then move out within 30 days if you are not satisfied with our customer service. We take all of our competitors pricing into consideration when preparing our pricing and our prices are comparable when you look at the price per square footage. I've been a resident at the Marquis for over a year and I love it! I checked out a lot of apartments in the down town area and the Marquis prices were pretty good. I also love that there is no extra charge for parking. Most apartments down town had a separate fee for parking.

Our location offers so many benefits to commuters being that we are right on the DART line but not everyone is a fan of that benefit and we respect that our community might not have been the best fit for you. The only reason I wouldn't would be guest parking and the surrounding area (pandhandling) - but I think the actual complex is great.

The difficult parking is a major nuisance. The fact that there's not really safe, covered parking nearby if your mom wants to come visit or if you have a friend over, with the exception of two visitor passes for the whole community, is a bit crazy. Also, the community room is just sad.

It is a really nice apartment and everything works very well. It is convenient to the Dart Rail, and to everything in the West End, including the Arts District, restaurants, shopping etc. The staff are very pleasant and helpful and maintenance is very prompt in responding to service requests.

I love my apartment because of the location and what I'm getting for the money. My only complaint is with the thickness of the walls. I feel they are a little bit on the thin side or maybe I just have loud neighbors.

I am neutral on this because the side of the apartments we live on is quite noisy, not from residents but everything going on outside. The apartment community itself is very nice, kept up and clean. I would recommend it to a friend only if they could live on the inside apartments or on a side away from the bus stop and train.
