I would just cuz it's close to the strip.

I've already told everyone I know to never come here. I wouldn't recommend homeless people come here. But they already do. They hang out by the dumpsters. Good job with those gates.

The rental price is affordable compared to other apartments with similar amenities/environment/security.

The rent goes up if renew your lease

Your rent is fair when compared with other States.How ever it seems unreasonable to pay more here when same near by gated apartments within 3 to 5 miles radius have lower rent.

I don't feel valued and i don't feel like my opinion is heard.
