I would recommend for about 1 year contract but not more. Maintenance service is not good, the office agents are disrespectful (except few) and not friendly.

Nothing but maintenance issues dishwasher leaks faucet falling apart. Maintenance crew cannot speak englis.

this has nothing to do with Troy but some of the people that have represented him have not been honest with us we paid to move here our furniture arrived the same day but we could not move into our apt so we were put in a temorary apt so our furniture could not be delivered so we had to buy dishes pots and pans air beds lots of things that I felt we should be reimbursed for and never were then we we left the temporary apt we had to pay someone again to move us to this apt although we were told that the complex would move us when the time came they refused not having a car we had to pay a taxi 5 trips to move our things

I like community, but wouldn't recommend because of office stuff, customer service downgraded.

Issue with Maintenance not doing the job correctly, oil spots parking residents, trash any areas not cleaning up, guests parking residents other spots not issues design to to be address.
