When I first moved in they had people cleaning the common areas! They apartments were inspected every so often! Now is no where near what it used to be! And on another topic people with dog are not cleaning after themselves! Which is truly a shame

I have lived here for 10 years and I wouldn't want to live at any other place. I have great neighbors, a plus is having my cat and seeing all the other people walking their dogs and being friendly. Its a great community that will be safe.

I would recommend it, I just think that the apartments could you some TCL because the office appearance is what is expected and it's very disappointing when you realize things have just been poorly painted, patched and skipped over.

Lack of equal enforcement of policies. Failure to enforce restrictions of pet size and amount limits. Failure of pets being properly cleaned up after.
