I've been here 9 yrs, still no new carpet or paint, sad.

I do recommend this community as we can have our pets (family) in a safe place and most of the residents are pleasant and friendly.

This place is ran by the most unprofessional people I’ve even came in contact with

It's clean, quiet, affordable and close to everything.

I would only recommend this community for families with an adult male family member present, not single women, given the maintenance situation mentioned above. If you had asked me two months ago, I would have said "very likely," but this current situation is very disturbing.

I am happy here an would hate to leave .

My main reason for not recommending this community would be it is just too hard to get anyone on the phone to speak with or to have someone call you back.

I only do it to receive the refer a friend credit but warn them how the rent goes up every year and there is nothing in this community for its tenants.

I would never. Not until improvements with maintenance and the office.

Very nice place to live

The community overall is adequate. The apartments themselves are suitable and comfortable. The yearly rent increase, however, becomes burdensome very quickly, and does not reflect any increase in value of the apartments or the community. I understand the increases are common practice; however, it becomes difficult to justify the rental rates as the years go on, considering the value of the apartments themselves, and as the rates begin to compare with or exceed those of other rentals that offer more space and amenities. I could even find another apartment or townhouse within this community that is more spacious and offers more than the 1 bed, 1 bath unit in which I currently reside, for a rate that is lower than what I am currently paying. Perhaps that is the point. New leases offer more potential for profit. Current residents that are renewing their leases must continue to produce profit for the company. I do not, however, see the validity in the standard yearly increases as they currently stand. So, while the community is satisfactory and it has been my home for a handful of years now, I’d hesitate to recommend it to others, as tight budgets would likely force them to move elsewhere within a relatively short period of time. The increases may not seem like a great amount at first, but they certainly add up over the years.

The rent increase each year is kinda hard to deal with.
