I personally haven’t had bad experience with sea aire, the staff have been helpful and understanding. but a lot of people I talk to have, that also rent here. Plus the rates for these apartments are a little high!

The apartments are old and and need a lot of work and the new ones are over price.

As long as the rent is less expensive than others. Also, grounds are kept nice. Close shopping areas.

Nice neighborhood, always updating/renovating/improving property.

Unfortunatley, as nice as the complex is, the rent is more than any of my collegues, friends or family can afford. I am even worried that if my rent is increased at end of this lease, if I will be able to afford to stay....and if I am not, where the hell will I go? Times are aweful out here for renters! Just telling the truth!!!

Since I've lived here, I tell everyone what a great community this is.

Location and the apartments are nice.

I wouldn't recommend this apartment community is the nature in which certain resident has been able to disrupt and sabotage the community in a way that it affects others in the community. I don't think that leasing to resident is fair and/or balanced

Apartment Review from a Current Renter

I've lived here for going on nine years now. I have always loved, loved, loved Sea Aire. I've been very happy and comfortable here for almost a decade now. But I don't feel entirely comfortable recommending an apartment complex to others when it charges tenants for taking showers and using the toilet. So many available apartments/complexes in our Atlantic County area do not charge for water/sewer. I've occasionally recommended Sea Aire these last few months and have received responses like, "Wait? I have to pay water and sewer on top of my rent?" To which I always respond that heat is included in our rent, so that balances the cost of water/sewer, at least for now until you add on heat/gas as well.
