The "quality" of people living in the community has diminished. Loud music at night; unruly and loud children living above and dog poop everywhere.

The community looked like a place I would want to live with my family. I could see myself in the workout room, my husband in the community room with his buddies playing pool and watching the big game, and our daughter playing and splashing in the pool. The apartments were spacious for their size and I love the location. Residents were within walking distance of all kinds or restaurants, shops, the local YMCA, and a splash pad water park. Entertainment galore with no maintenance to do by the renter. One can really kick back and enjoy life living in an community like that. The entire presentation of the community from the exercise room to the pool area was very well maintained. Being one who lived a very stressful life with work and all the activities the family does it would be great to call a place like that home.

Honestly, I work at the competitor across the street, Sorrel, and I am thankful daily that I don't have to live on site but can one, still be close by and two, live in the same standard as to which we provide at our community. I'm in love with my apartment and get compliments all the time from my friends who visit me. So thank you for providing a gorgeous apartment for me and being so close to my workplace, haha! And yes, I do refer people here if we are out of their price range and tell people during tours that I actually live across the street and they should look there too during their search.

The presentation was impeccable from the leasing office to the apartments. The apartment was very spacious for a one bedroom and the detail of washer/dryer, wood floors, updated appliances, large balcony, and trash service was impressive. However, the general area seemed very congested.

I would have leased the apartment because I was impressed with the way the leasing prpofessional showed the features and the amenities to me.
