The community was beautiful and the landscaping was definitely noticeable for its color and design. The location of the community was amazing, being walkable to many places. The leasing professional was exemplary.

The community was a nice, new community in Mooresville located close to everything. The apartments all had granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances with nice sized patios or balconies. The amenities were top notch.

Based on my experience, I would recommend this community because it appeared clean and well maintained. The area was quiet and nestled. I appreciated the close proximity to shops and eateries, as well.

We originally selected these apartments because they were totally smoke free. When the new management took over, this was changed to allow smoking. We might have selected a different apartment if we knew this.
