The community is very well kept. It is obvious they take pride in the community. The leasing professional was very helpful and engaging. It appeared to be a great place to live.

The pool is very clean, and the surroundings around it are neat and organized. There are several near by stores to shop in, with two large shopping centers, and they are in walking distance to the apartment community.

The property had some good highlights about it. It seems as if they will try to go out their way to make the residents happy. I have never came across an apartment with cable and washer and dryer included. The trash compactor was very nicely done you can’t tell that is the trash area. I was very impressed to see the bicycles for the residents to sign out and they can keep it as long as they like. They had books available to read you can take a book and return it whenever. It is a very nice property

It was definitely an older community but the amenities were well maintained.
