The apartment was nice and the community was very well kept. There were a lot of renovations taking place, however, my perceptions as a real customer considering leasing were positive.

For the price that they were asking, I would expect the apartment in all areas to be top-notch. It looks old and dated but they tried to add upgraded features that looked out of place.
