Office staff can be rude sometime. My car broke down on a Sunday in the loading area in front of my apartment. It wouldn't change gears which means it would not go into neutral (we tried). I immediately called my dealership who was closed and couldn't do anything about it until Monday. I then called the apartment complex and talked to one of the maintenance guys who was extremely friendly and told me that they would not tow it unless it sits for multiple day and I would be fine if I left it there 1 day until I could get it towed to the dealership. However the next day as I'm waiting for the tow truck to arrive the ladies in the front office call saying it needs to be moved immediately! I explain the situation and she doesn't care stating she will have it towed in 2 hrs if it's still there. Keep in mind I wasn't in a handicap spot and I already felt horrible for it being there. But she did not have to be RUDE about it. I was unloading my car which took all of 5-10mins and went to move it and BAM it wouldn't drive.

The people that live below us call the office on us or sometimes have the nerve to knock on our door for vacuuming, sweeping off our balcony, heaven for bid my kid throw a temper tantrum. When we went to move here we requested a 1st floor because we have a young son (who runs, plays, and sometimes has tantrums) but Curtis told us that we had to be handicap to get a 1st floor apartment!! Now you would think with my husband being a DISABLED Veteran we would qualify but that was not the case.

The "security gate" seldomly work, so they keep it open almost all the time.

My only issue is the noise from apt above. I think the reason I hear so much is that the apt above me isnt carpeted, only reason I can think of for the noise of sliding chairs, or anything that hits the floor. I assume they have the faux wood floors and I can hear a coin drop... literally...

I have recommend this apartment community many times, there is not one thing I could say towards the negative of why not to move to Marquis at Northcross.

Great location, affordable, nice place to live

These apartments are very well maintained and the landscaping is beautifully done. The amenities are very nice. Another plus for this community is that it is gated and the gates are closed at 10:00 PM.

Everyone we had asked to be done with our apartment they took care of!!

The property is a bit far out for the price. The fitness center could be more up to date. There are nicer places that are more upgraded for the same rental cost. The staff were professional. An upgrade to the amenities would help the property to stand out.

Parking is still an issue for some complexes especially 8742

I think the staff is awesome and very helpful and pleasant. Management is always willing to help with any issue you may have. The maintenance staff is very efficient . I have been living here since 2007 and have not had any complaints.

The pet policy is the best thing about this apartment complex. I mostly would recommend only to people with large dogs.

We see that system creates virtual demand and for every 6 months 15 to 20% hike in rents which i don't agree

Again, no activities planned by the community to bring renters together.

We've lived here about 18 months now and wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

Great location in the charlotte area. Monthly rent lower than other complexes.

The apartment is great. Have beautiful kitchen, a big master bathroom and the closet are big too. Also have a pool and place for the dog. It is a safety place. People are so friendly. It is a perfect place!!! My apartment is perfect for the prices I pay. Thank
