They are not worth the money I pay and I'm very upset about the things that have went wrong with my apartment along with the fact I couldn't stay in there a week and still had to pay for me to have the apartment and pay to sleep somewhere else for 5 nights.

The apartments had nice flowing open floor plans with a lot of natural light. The staff were professional yet friendly.

The community had a good pricing structure and value, but that was not communicated to me very well through the presentation.

I have recommend Marquis many times - the thing that would further this recommendation is interior updates to the apartments. Paint, floors, etc. to look more modern.

The khaki color we've been using for our interiors has received positive feedback but we would like to hear what color or colors you think would make the home more modern and comfortable. Your input on the flooring color would be helpful too. The laminate "wood" look on first floors has been popular but again, we would like to hear your suggestions too. Your resident input is invaluable to us as we continually look for ways to satisfy our residents. Thanks again and we look forward to hearing from you.

I would recommend the community to my family and friends based on what I saw. The property was well maintained and looked great. The apartment was nice and appeared to be well built. The amenities were very nice, and I would enjoy using them.

As a prospective tenant, I would not mind living in the community. However, if you have children that are not small in age, then they would definitely be bored living there. The play area is not for children over the age of five. The price is for the area not for the amenities within the apartment community because they are nothing spectacular.

I am sure the pricing was based a lot on the location of this community. However, for the price of the apartments, I expected the apartments to have certain standard upgrades, such as granite counter tops, black appliances, washers/dryers and laminate wooden floors. None of the amenities really fit the price attached to the property either. Most apartments have pools, washer/dryer connections, and playgrounds, but are priced one to two-hundred dollars cheaper. The service, apartment sizes, and the location were the top selling-points for this property.
Thank you for your feedback. The Marquis at Northcross is proud of the service we provide to our valued residents and guests. Our location is amazing. We are close to Birkdale village but nestled back and full of plush landscaping. In addition to having upgraded formica counter tops with our white cabinets and appliances, we have options with black appliances and plank wood flooring and granite counter tops. We also have a few options with new stainless steel appliances.

Affordable Quality Living!!
This month we will be starting our 8th year of living here at the Marquis. The Marquis is VALUE that is hard to find. We have a diverse age group of residents that are friendly and courteous. You may not know each and every resident on a first name basis but everyone will greet you with a friendly smile and say hello. All of the C&W people will address your needs on a prompt and timely

I think we have a lot of extras that most places don't for the money. I can go on vacation and leave my 80 year old mom home feeling safe.
