This was a nice community. The staff was professional. The leasing professional was very knowledgeable about the community and area.

It's beautiful and quiet with easy access to a lot

I would recommend this community to others but would state the cons such as cleanliness of entrances and updating the gym with decent equipment also areas around mailbox needs more mulch and ground coverage so when it rains we are not walking in mud ....The concrete block needs better alignment also

My boyfriend and I were procrastinators looking for an apartment. I called over to the Marquis and spoke with Ashlie- she was super nice, professional and answered all of my questions (even down to the smallest detail). I was able to visit the complex the same day-- right before close and look at the apartment with Ashlie-- she was even nicer in person and really gave me a great feeling about the complex. She promptly followed up with me and explained next steps. If your ever looking for an informed personable and pleasuable apartment shopping experiance reach out to the Marquis and ask for Ashlie!

The staff was very personable and friendly. I felt like the leasing agent cared about me and my needs in an apartment community. The grounds were very well maintained and the pool area was very clean.

The grounds were just like a resort. Everything was manicured and immaculate. The agent spent an incredible amount of time with me finding just the right apartment at the right location with the right view. This was a great value and I could not believe I could get all I would be getting for the price. I would have leased the apartment on the spot.

From my personal experience with the staff and maintenance and pipe issues I would not recommend anyone renting from here.

Management fails to communicate, and or follow up with the residents in a timely manner. Windows and doors are very old and inefficient, will reflect in the electrical. The Deluxe grills were installed last spring and are now anything but deluxe, they are now worn out and gross! If you have children there is nothing for them to do in this community, there is a tennis court and a pool, and a play ground for small kids. Just FYI the play area used to be the dog park, also gross! The breezeways are full of spider webs and dirt, many of the light fixtures are full of dead bugs! There is a monthly charge on your lease for pest control, but there is never any actually done unless you request it for the interior only. The complex is also pet friendly, but the pet waste in the grass areas is out of control, and again gross! Management is only concerned with making money and not about actual conditions of the buildings, apartments, or the amenities. This will be my last year as a resident of this complex, and I would strongly suggest to anyone who asks to look elsewhere.

Conveniently located for shopping, school bus picks up at front gate, quick access to highway, staff is always nice and friendly.

The leasing professional was very accommodating from the time I walked in. The community was very beautiful and well maintained. You can tell they take great pride in their community. The apartments were nice and I really liked how they were working to update things to bring the apartments up to date. For the size and details in each apartment, along with the amenities, you are getting a good value by living here. I would have no problem referring others to this community.
