Good complex, friendly and understanding staff. I have been a resident for almost two years and have never had any issues. All maintenance requests were completed within two business days. Staff has also answered all of my questions sufficiently and are always willing to help me out with whatever I need. I have referred a couple people to the complex since I have been here.

The Gardens is a great place to call home. It’s a community that’s safe and secure. The grounds are always keep clean.

The residence have at their disposal and enjoyment a pool, gym, and basketball court, which is always keep clean and polish.
The staff is always friendly and ready to help and the maintenance team is always “John on the Spot”.

I moved to the Gardens in the summer of 2014, and I'm very happy with decision I made. I love my one bedroom apartment and amenities they have to offer. The staff is there when you need them and always planning events to get the community involved. Haven't had a issue since I've been here.

I moved here a month ago, and I've really enjoyed my time so far. The amenities are great, especially the fitness center. The apartments look so modern with their high-vaulted ceilings and French doors leading to the patio. I do wish the complex had a laundry facility on site so you don't have to rent your own, but otherwise living here is great and affordable.

I moved to Greensboro at the last minute for a new job opportunity and fell in love with the Gardens. At the time, they were offering a special which helped tremendously with my move and finances.

I moved into an apartment here. It has great features in the apartment with amenities to die for. The office staff are always really friendly and accomodating even if I am calling with a problem or complaint. The maintenance staff however is inconsistent. I know someone else who lives here that has never had any problems, but there have been three occassions in my first month's stay where maintenance did not show within 48 hours and or the request was not fully completed. The office staff was happy to fix it, but I shouldn't have to call to follow-up on every single work order that I place. The first floor concrete is amazing, and this place is super pet friendly. Don't forget that concrete echoes though. I forgot about that part when thinking about getting a dog, but sometimes it can be a pain hearing other neighbors because of the "accoustics." It's not bad. Definitely not a big deal just something to think about if you like things to be really quiet. Overall, I really like this place. The maintenance issues I have had are just with my apartment (what I know of). Check it out.

I've been living here for over 2 years now. It's a great space for a young professional. Not a lot of noise. The staff are friendly. And I love the look of the apartment...especially the walk in closet and granite kitchen counters. Overall, love it here!

I would not recommend The Gardens!! Horrible floor plans, thin walls, wooden steps - (you can hear every single step a neighbor takes), the staff is super friendly when you first tour & once you move in they totally don't care about your needs. I'm so glad I do not live there any longer. It was the worst place. People move in and move right back out. They all hated it too.

The apartment community is great! I really enjoy the 'escape' feeling that I get every time I enter my code. The gym, pool or club house is never over crowded. The only negative thing is there isn't enough parking near the new apartments by the fitness center. Sometimes people that do not live in the community take up all of the parking spaces near the apartment homes. I would suggest numbering the parking spaces on that side.

The Gardens has been my plase of residence since August 2011 and I'm enjoying my stay.
Its a very nice and quiet community to live and play.
The Staff is always available to help with every need.
And althought it's a pet friendly community, there's on visible signs of pet wastes nor smell.
They work hard at keeping the grounds well kept and groomed.
I enjoy the fact that they keep the residence informed about what's going on.
I truly enjoy all the events that's available to us.

I have lived at the Gardens for over a year now. I have thoroughly enjoyed living there. I live in a one bedroom, bottom floor apartment. The apartment has stained concrete floors and beautiful modern finishes. The complex has a pool that is opened year round with a gas grill that is open to the residents to use, a new gym that is spacious and has great equipment, and new basketball court that will be opening soon. The complex also offers free tanning. However, there is only one bed and the bulbs are not very strong. The community is also a very safe community. I have a small dog and I have never felt threatened walking her late at night. The maintenance staff are very quick to respond and have someone on call if an emergency occurs after hours. The management staff are very friendly and welcome any concerns. Any time you rent a property, you are bound to run into an issue every now and then. Any time I have had concerns or problems the management staff always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled correctly and promptly. The management staff always treats residents with respect. I would definitely recommend this property!

I've been living here for half a year now after moving from NY to NC. The complex is affordable, safe and clean. The staff is SUPER helpful and the amenities are fabulous. I love that I can walk to a big gym/yoga room, two dog parks, a volleyball court, the pool and more in just a few minutes! They're even building an indoor basketball court and a fire pit. They're constantly making upgrades and holding community events. They encourage neighbors to meet and mingle. I've already recommended The Gardens at Anthony's House to a couple I know from NY. They also love it!

I love where I live. They probably have the worlds most courteous staff ever!!!

The apartment community was cutting edge and very distinguished. This community continued to make improvements to provide a genuine luxury experience for their residents.
