The staff and community were inviting. It offered everything I could ask for, and I could definitely see myself living there.

The community was truly unique with a historic former farmhouse as the clubhouse. The style of the community felt rather 'antique' with the building designs and colors on the exteriors.

I would definitely lease in this community. The leasing professional who helped me did a great tour.

I just moved into Anthony Garden Apts. 2 months ago. I love my spacious two bedroom, 2 bath apt. I have received compliments on how nice it is by family and friends. I enjoyed the pool and it has a nice basketball court, picnic area, and gym. The staff is very nice and fast with your request and very accommodating. I would recommend this apartment to anybody that is looking for a nice, affordable place to live.

Based on the special of free month and discount on the next month, who would not want to move there. The agents promoted the community in an extraordinary fashion.

I moved in the weekend after Thanksgiving 2013. I have been extremely pleased with my apartment. I guess the walls are thin, I don't really hear a lot of noise. The apartment amenities are exceptional. The extra activities they have I guess are fun, but because I work afternoons and evenings I don't really get to enjoy them. My neighbors are great, and for the ones I have met I could not ask for better ones in my building. Along with all the pros that I have there is one issue that I wish could be resolved fairly. I live in bldg 3245 and when I get home after nine the parking is horrible. I am finding that people who live in the bldg across from us is parking in front of our bldg thus not having a nearby place to park. Also, when renters have friends over, which I am all for the parties, but I wish there was a specific parking area designated so they are not parking in front of the bldg.

I would not recommend the apartments to anyone. It seems great and high-end at first, but you soon learn that the walls are thin and surrounded by college partying students. Parking is terrible. They do absolutely nothing during snow and tell us there are shovels and ice melt in the office (which, by the way, was closed for snow). We cannot regulate the temperature due to no insulation in the walls. It has been a terrible experience.

I've been here since 2009. Great location. The amenities keep me here. I don't know of any other properties in the area that have all the activates and events that the gardens have.

I have been with the Gardens @ Anthony House Since 2009. I'm so glad I moved here. They have great socials and amenities that I haven't seen at other apartment complex's in the area.
