This was a nice and modern community with a pleasant staff. I would not mind calling it home.

The community started from a person name Anthony and have an old town feel. It’s historical and beautiful. The leasing agent adored being a part of the history.

The community was unique, being on historic property. The office building had some amenities in it and was built in the 1800's, which was fascinating. Quiet area, but a great location.

I would definitely rent here. The upkeep of the apartments was very nice. The apartments were spacious as were the closets. I really liked having the washer/dryer connections in the apartment versus a laundry area. The amenities were excellent - alarm system, concierge trash pick up, and many more!

The leasing agent was very good at her job. She was welcoming and kind, informative and loved the community. It showed in her presentation.

Hands down my favorite place to visit and hopefully one day to move, too. The grounds look really kept up, and the the leasing professional really bragged about how great the on-site personnel was at handling daily tasks and getting back to the residents when needed. The pool was free of debris and looked maintained. The fitness center had updated machines and looked good. To add to it, they had a Zumba/yoga room. This property is now on my list of recommendations.

This was a very unique community with a lot of charm. Everyone was friendly and the community was well kept. Overall the presentation and enthusiasm was commendable and I would have likely leased and recommend.

The community and the apartment were beautiful.

This was a nice community. The vinyl on the apartments needed to be cleaned. I lost some confidence in the management and maintenance when I noticed that something so simple had been neglected. The staff was great, everyone that I came across was pleasant. Based on the interactions during the start and ending of my visit, it seems like a well knit team.

Susannah was so enthusiastic on our tour of the first floor one bedroom apartment. I loved the appearance of the one bedroom apartment, its large walk in closet, the living room furniture set up with the beautiful paintings and the kitchen counter with the bar and stools. I loved the bedroom especially the walk in closet and also how much bedroom furniture could fit in the bedroom. Susannah's enthusiasm made me feel I could make my home in the apartment as she introduced each feature and/or rooms.

I was impressed by the staff and by the facilities. The interaction between residents and staff in the community reinforced the message the leasing agent was conveying.
