I had a very uncomfortable experience with my first agent. She made me feel as though, I was not invited, unless my daughter was present. Everything was going ok, until, I gave her a move in date she then began asking for my daughter's information. She said in a very unfriendly way that if the apartment was for my daughter, then why was she not the one calling. She said she wanted her phone number. I then proceeded to explain, that, I was the decision maker, and I would be making the payments. I had to explain a second time, that she was a college student. She did not make me want to revisit the community at all. This happened on the 22nd durin my 3rd call. I expressed my concerns to my scheduler. She just told me to call back, and with that said. I was able to reach a different agent. The second agent made me feel welcomed. If this were not a shop, I would have never called back after the first incident. With all honesty, my perception of her, was a reflection on the entire community.

The property was clean and the staff was working very hard to service clients. The staff are not pushy sales people.
