The community was older but it has very well maintained. The location was close to campus.

I have been to several student housing apartment communities before and this one had to be one of the worst. You do not get what you pay for. However, the agents were nice.

The leasing agent there was filling in and did not offer any type of tour of the community or apartment.

I would say this was an average community and what is to be expected at an institution such as this.

If I selected this location for my daughter, I would feel very comfortable with that decision. The environment was very clean, and if there was anything that needed attention, I have confidence in the professionals to meet those needs.

It is priced fairly. I would definitely recommend this community to other parents wanting a nice space for their students.
