The community had very attractive exteriors and beautiful landscaping all over. It was in a quiet but convenient area.

The community was clean and well maintained. The leasing staff was warm and friendly. Rents were reasonable.

The amenities were very modern and appealing. Everything looked clean and kept up.

Virginia's overall attitude and my impression of her was a positive one. She was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the community. Virginia was well spoken and friendly.

The customer service was personable and the community was well taken care off.

The area was a refreshing hide away from the normal apartment community.

I thought the community and apartment was lovely. I really liked it and would consider living there based on the leasing professional's attitude and her presentation.

Addison Point has a beautiful community! I have noticed when I am heading out to begin my day I see the landscaping company working hard to keep our community in excellent condition. The Addison Point Team is always friendly and willing to help anyway they can. I would definitely recommend this community to any mature and responsible person. Keep up the great work Addison Point :)

I've been living here since August 9th. This place is just amazing! The staff is very friendly and always answers my questions. The maintenance guys are AWESOME! They are always on time and they get the job done. When I first seen this place I knew this is where I wanted my family to be. It's very beautiful and I think the staff should be proud of how great they are doing to keep this community as beautiful as it is. I would definitely recommend friends and family. (:

Addison Point is a great community to live. One thing I love is that the maintenance team is wonderful. My a/c had went out and I called to put in a maintenance request. Maintenance was at my apartment in no time and fixed it. The quality of their customer service is excellent. Shout out to them! I give them four stars because I know the service will grow to excel for other people in and outside of the community :)

I love staying at addison point my roommate and I recently had a huge disagreement with our neighbors, and the staff was super helpful esp sara and lisa. They made sure we were comfortable and helped us along the way. The maintence crew always come out whenever you put in a request and they are super friendly. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anybody looking.
