I thought this community was outstanding. The furniture in the club house was over the top. The pool was large and inviting. The fitness center was appealing and inviting and it helped to know that it was available 24 hours a day.

Addison Point was a very nice community. This community had many different types of floor plans that could meet your needs. This community offered a lot of nice amenities. The prices were pretty reasonable. The staff was awesome and very nice, they were also very involved with their community. I could definitely see myself calling this place home.

The amenities were in great condition and the community events described by the leasing professional sounded exciting. The current specials were attractive and motivating. The leasing office and model apartment were nicely decorated and made it easy to visualize myself as a resident.

I saw true value in this community. I think it was underestimated as a hidden gem. I truly felt there was a lot about this community that would be appealing to people in a range of situations. Management obviously cared about the community since the model, grounds, and clubhouse were wonderfully cared for. This community did not strike me as over the top, but complete with all amenities and a decent bang for the buck.

The community it self was flawless and very clean, except for a few things in the pool and pot hole at the exit, but other than that the community was nice. But the staff here make all the difference, Even though I liked the apartment the staff here is one of a kind. A truly great experience. I will be telling my friends hunting for an apartment about this place.
