I thought the community needed improvements. The rental rate seemed fair, but I found the property lacking in several things that would be important to me when leasing an apartment. The popcorn ceilings were not desirable and would be inexpensive to update. The appliances and particle board cabinets were not aesthetically pleasing. I would choose to lease elsewhere.
