Problems associated with barking dogs at all hours of the day and night.

The leasing professionals and community residents made me feel welcomed. I would be more than likely to move to the community.

It is a solid apartment complex that is well maintained and safe. It is in a nice area and the rent is not unreasonable.

I searched for 4+ years for a neighborhood in Charlotte that I loved and wanted to call home. From the time I walked in the door at the Marquis I was treated like a person and not a number used to increase the occupancy rate. The office staff completely blew my mind as they were "real" as opposed to the normal robotic leasing staff that you find in most communities.

The amenities are awesome and the location is great since it's still in the nicer South Charlotte area but off the beaten path of a major road.

In short, I loved living here!

The community amenities are appealing. I like the high chairs and tables in the billiards room and the well-lit fitness center. That the property will be adding an outdoor kitchen is very nice and an attractive amenity. The common areas and landscaping are flawless. The leasing professional mentioned the daily care delivered by the maintenance team to keep the property in the best shape possible. The leasing professional was very talented. He took the lead in demonstrating and was descriptive in his speech as he discussed the community, amenities and apartment features. I could definitely see myself living here and enjoying all that the community has to offer. I will recommend this property and leasing professional to anyone I know who is seeking an apartment in the area.

This seems like a genuinely nice place to live. I did not see any bugs or anything in the vacant apartment. The grounds were very clean and if the rest of the staff is half as nice as the leasing professional I met, then you will really love living there. The location is near lots of shopping, and the highway is not too far away either.

This property has more of a family feel than the sister property across the street. However, the size of the apartments is smaller for a higher rental rate, which, for me reduces the value. I do think that the amenities being available for use by residents at each property for residents at the other property is a great idea.

The apartments are dated for the price of the rent, the community is well kept and the staff is very nice. But I would not rent for any more than I am currently paying.

Up until the past 2 years, I have had nothing but positive comments about CWS, but recently, I have seen a marked lack of personal touch by the parent company. Although the office staff is equally professional and helpful, the automated system has really made communication seem less personal and more organizational.

Above all, I am tremendously disapppointed in the way CWS uses a computer program to determine rent increases. This new policy decreases staff's ability to consider individual needs and circumstances. It creates an us/them mentality between residents and CWS, and makes residents feel that CWS has no investment in making it possible for them to stay. For this reason alone, I am moving after 7 years in this community.

A home is a very personal decision, and should be treated as such via a process governed by people who care, not by executives who don't know the residents and certainly not by a computer system.

I experienced a good customer service experience today and it was a very warm feeling entering and leaving the community.

I don't think I really need to tell anyone about this place because it won't really be something to remember nor would it fit for any family needs I think.

I really like this place. I will recommend to friends and write a really nice review online.

Have done and still will. Overall, we really like being here, hence a 5 year residency

GROUNDS ARE ALWAYS PICKED UP, YOUR LAWN SERVICE DOES A GREAT JOB
